Our experienced team of removal men will carefully pack the contents of your home into our purpose built furniture vehicles with the up most care and deliver to your new home safely.
Packing service
We can provide a full packing service for all your valuable and fragile items. We would bring along all the necessary materials and undertake this service for you usually the day before your move.
Packing materials
However if you wish to pack the contents of your home by yourself we have a full range of materials available e.g. boxes , cardboard wardrobes, bubble wrap, packing paper, mattress and sofa covers, carpet protectors, tape etc.
Mobile wardrobes
We have mobile wardrobes which are available to hire for the day of your removal free of charge. If you require to keep the wardrobes longer we have cardboard one which are available to purchase.
Sofa covers
We have protective sofa covers which are quilted , waterproof and will protect your sofa whilst being removed from your property , during transit and on final delivery into your new home.
Overseas removals
R & Y Tyers can offer a full or part load service to all areas of Europe and a overseas container service for full or part loads to many destinations worldwide. We export wrap all your furniture, carefully pack up all your small goods and arrange them to be transported to your new home.
Office removals
R & Y Tyers have undertaken may office moves over the years. Our aim is to make sure the contents of your business are moved carefully with minimum disruption. Business moves can be done over a weekend if required. We also offer various sizes of plastic moving crates for hire, security cages for hire, stair climbers for filing cabinets, a furniture dismantling and re- assembly service and a full packing service if required.
Piano specialists
Our team are experienced in the removal of upright and grand pianos. We would arrive on the day with special piano wheels and protective covers and for grand pianos we have a custom made piano slipper.
